Council of Saudi Chamber No. (2244) date (19/8/1438), of the Council of the
Ministry of Commerce and Investment letter No. (40283) dated 7/8 / 1438,
referring to the letter of His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs No.
(255185) )
and date (1/8/1438 ), stated on Saturday (7/4/2017), the new investment in
Tunisia, where this law represents a new form a comprehensive legal framework
dealing with investment in all its law, and simplifies administrative procedures,
will also enable of the intervention of the public administrations to encourage
investment and simplify the system towards national priorities, it also offers
many initiatives for foreign investors and facilitates the restrictions on finance
outside Tunisia, where the old law has not been modified since 1992.
